Lamination

The outer surface carton prepared by offset printing and the flute layer with liner will be laminated together. This lamination process is done carefully and with sofistication in a special machinary without giving any harm to the flutes or to the printed carton surface. The percentages of glue used in this operation is extremely important. While calculating the quality of the lamination process, the complete adherence of the materials, drying strength, adherence strength, drying timing, and total endurance will be examined. It is so important that the values should all match the ideal ones.

In our machinary park we use two pieces of DLG Full Automatic Lamination Machines with effective dimensions of 110x145 cm and 148x148 cm.

The laminated boards should be rested 1 day. Carefully taking into consideration about the requested delivery dates, the products will be left to drying.
